Dunakilly was founded in 2007 in Littleton, Colorado. We have specialized in construction management and owner’s representation since our inception. The company is co-owned by experienced industry professionals and includes a skilled supporting team. Most importantly, when you work with Dunakilly you work directly with the owners and senior management members of our firm. You never have to wait for someone to check with management and get back to you. We are the management. You never have to wait for decisions to be made by a committee. We are the committee.
